BASIC SKI TRAINING CAMP

Meet and greet at Srinagar Airport, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to Gulmarg.
Check in at the hotel. In the evening, attend an orientation session with ski instructors
covering safety guidelines and equipment briefing.

Your ski journey begins today. After breakfast, head to the nursery slopes with your
instructors. Learn about skis, poles, and boots, and practice balancing, walking on snow,
and basic sliding. Afternoon session focuses on snowplough technique and learning to stop.

Continue skiing practice with emphasis on snowplough turns, balance techniques,
and controlled descents. Enjoy your first short runs on gentle slopes,
gradually building confidence. Evening free for leisure.

Warm-up session followed by skiing on longer slopes using beginner lifts.
Training focuses on coordination, smooth turns, and speed control.
You will start linking turns together and enjoy greater independence on skis.

Full-day practice focusing on improving turning techniques, stopping,
and overall balance. Instructors provide one-on-one corrections.
By now, you will feel confident on longer runs.

Enjoy final skiing sessions under instructor supervision.
Skills are reviewed and participants are awarded a certificate.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar Airport
